I took a walk down Tacoma Street on the East Side, and what I found wasn’t “cleaned up.” I found eight toxic pits on a single block where kids live. These holes have been sitting there since before Christmas, and the city is broke despite Duggan’s claims that the money is there.
Don’t fish in it. Don’t swim in it. And for God’s sake, don’t wash your puppy in it.
