TRANSCRIPTS:
Whoa! Well, the employees at Detroit City Hall came back from vacation this week, only to find the joint on fire. We now know the mayor of Detroit ordered the chief of police to make all her troubles go away. The men, the photographs, the illegalities, and Chief Todd Bettison obeyed.
But the chief’s tactics were so obscene, so obviously thuggish and unconstitutional that it may be the chief himself who goes away. So you don’t believe that was an overstep what you did? No, I don’t. No, I do not.
Not at all. He involved officers and command staff without informing them of the origin of those commands or their political consequences. Now, the chief of police has lost his department.
Take those pictures down off your Facebook page. Now, we have learned that there are at least six, six public corruption cases, and at least two involve the chief of police specifically. Secret investigations on citizens, illegal seizure of citizens’ property, the use of tactical police on citizens, and drummed up felony charges against the mayor’s former lover who accuses her of graft.
We all got something to say about Marvin. This brother right here, if you call him, he is going to come, and he’s going to come deep. Like I said, city hall’s on fire, and they’re working without a fire contract.
Now, this is all too much for a video. So for the receipts and the full story, go to enjoyer.com and nobsnewshour.com. Live from downtown Detroit, it’s the No Bullshit News Hour with my main man, Charlie LaDoc! Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na. The Bullshit! Is this the hole-in-one? It’s a hole-in-one, $50,000 if you hit it.
Luke Nowacki, Financial Wealth Management. What is 50 grand after tags? $37,750. What about state tax? Yeah.
I know, you know how to do it. Sales tax. There’s no sales tax.
Well, you’re buying a beer. Eh, we rate that off. Like, what the fuck? Luke Nowacki.
I’ll tell you what the fuck. Luke Nowacki. 6-6-3-4-7-4-8, that’s what the fuck.
Making the production look bad. Yeah, you know, hey man, Michigan drivers paid the highest car insurance rates in the country. Why? Because the system priced people on everything but their driving.
You know it. How much you pay for car insurance? You have a car? Mm-hmm. You pay a lot, don’t you? Mm-hmm.
You pay like a house note. Mm-hmm. Why? Because everything here is expensive and Mike Duggan didn’t bring down the insurance like he promised.
Yeah, man, what he did, yeah, he chiseled everybody. This fucking guy, he’s got a case too. Cure came to Michigan to do it differently.
Your rate is priced mainly on how well you drive, not your credit score. You’ve been driving these roads your whole life, get priced like it. Drivers who switch see an average savings of over 40%.
I’m just going to tell you how it works, okay? Let me tell you how it works. I need to get some tags for my car. You go to the Secretary of State, you need some tags.
Right. You got to have insurance. Yes.
So why don’t you pay 40% less? I mean, I ain’t saying you got to keep paying your insurance. Jesus. I’m just saying.
Anyway, go to cure.com right now and see what your driving is actually worth. Cure.com. Now, T Brown, T, T, did you just text me? No. Okay.
Right here. It’s worth repeating. Let me repeat everything you just saw and give you the receipts.
The mayor of Detroit, Mary Sheffield, ordered her chief of police to make it all go away. The men, the photographs, the illegalities, and her chief of police, Todd Bettison, obeyed the order. But Bettison’s tactics stunk, they’re obscene, unconstitutional, and it might be the chief himself who goes away.
Bettison had officers and command staff strong arm both the mayor’s former lover and that former lover’s one-time protege. Bettison did this without informing his officers about the origins of the command or the political consequences of those. Now, Bettison has lost control of his department.
That’s why I got this right here. Right here. This.
We’re going to get to it. Dramatic reading. Leaks are coming from all levels, sir, inside and outside of your department.
Michigan Enjoyer and the No BS News Hour has obtained this timeline for the chief to help him keep his story straight. That’s why they did it. It’s so fucked up, T. He can’t keep his story straight.
He had this right here. This. We’re going to.
I’m going to. I’m going to read it. You’re going to read it.
We’re going to read it together. We’re going to do dramatic reading. Wow.
There are at least six, as you heard, at least six public corruption investigations involving City Hall. She’s making notes. What does this say? Are you writing in red? No, I love my red.
Look at this. Look at look at my notepad right here. I don’t know why it says it.
What’s it say? What’s that say? Sex. Sex. Sex.
Sex. We’ll get to that. There’s at least six investigations involving City Hall.
And at least two of those are directly focused on Chief Bettison. And the FBI has cut off communications with the department over this scandal. Bettison wants the public to believe that it was his personal code of honor that compelled him to step outside the boundaries of the law after risqué photographs of Sheffield and her former lover Marvin Walker made their way onto the Internet in July.
Right here. It says it right here. It says it right here.
Yeah. Now, department insiders say the order to silence the men came directly from City Hall. Bettison made calls to Walker and Smith, asking them to remove the materials from the Internet.
Remember that from last week? OK, well, report here. Just reminding everybody. When they did not, Bettison turned the department on them.
That’s when Walker came to me. He explained in great detail with voluminous documentary evidence. You like that, don’t you? Yeah.
You got to have the voluminous documentary evidence because I don’t know. Listen, I was talking to you last night. I talked to you every day.
What does everybody think? I’m Marvin Walker’s PR guy. I know who this guy is. It’s not a good guy.
It’s not a good guy. I’m not vouching for the guy. I would never do that.
Shit I’ve been through. Man, what a fucking scene. What a scene.
Oh, my God. What the fuck is going on in this town? I know he’s looking. He’s looking.
Look at this. Look at his face over here. Now, he explained in great detail with a voluminous amount of documentary evidence, a web of corruption and kickbacks involving then City Councilwoman Sheffield, allegedly.
And since then, Bettison has turned up the heat. Walker and Smith are now the targets of intimidation, secret surveillance teams, and trumped up felony charges. The receipts.
Consider this. On July 17. Yeah.
July 17. Bettison from his office. Bettison from his office.
Right here. Official documents. He began a secret criminal investigation into both Walker and Smith, according to this timeline.
The investigation was to be kept off the books. What are you doing? This is very dramatic. I know.
Stop scribbling. Listen, you already know this. You already know this.
The investigation was to be kept off the books and top secret people, according to multiple sources across law enforcement agencies. We are plugged in here. This shit cannot stand.
The mission was to pin crimes on the two men so that arrest could be made and their mouths would be quieted. Bettison wasn’t investigating complaints, as he stated publicly. He was shopping for him.
You’re in that you’re in these documents. Oh, I know. Oh, my fucking God.
Now, the cybercrimes unit contacted Facebook. Asking that the photographs and videos of Sheffield and Walker be blocked on the grounds of bullying. Get this.
Facebook complied. Did they? They did for, I think, 48 hours until you stuck up for yourself. Yeah.
There’s other people that they’re still down. You stuck up for you. Some of the people he asked to take down and they took him down.
But yeah. Yeah. And they took yours down.
And then you went, oh, fuck. No. Yeah.
I’m going to go to a hearing on mine. Tell me. And what they do.
And they upped it back up. Stick up for yourself. People.
That’s Steve Brown over there. Now, the dark ops investigation lasted just six weeks and little was found against the two men. But investigators filed the leads that brought them to Sheffield and a possible web of corruption stretching from the police commission to the city’s buildings, housing, demolition departments and homeless services.
Yeah, that’s how we get to know each other. You were right. I just you were right.
You said, look at all this. Boom. I didn’t know this woman from shit.
She said, take a look here. Take. And then.
And then. I’m like, I don’t understand. And she goes like this.
Bam, bam, bam, bam. I didn’t know you worked in Lansing. It makes sense to me now.
Makes sense to me now. I would not fuck with this woman. It appears all of this to involve cash, cars, cannabis, pay to play contracts and a sexual merry-go-round.
Afraid the investigation will be buried by medicine. A whistleblower in the police department contacted the FBI and federal agents came unannounced to police headquarters on August 26. Look at this.
Money over there. Money order. Look at this.
You see this face. I’m just calling your money to you. Come on.
She went. What? Yes. Federal agents came unannounced to the police department on August 26 to reach a retrieve the report.
According to three, three sources who exchanged their candor for confidentiality. Three. Afraid it was going to be destroyed, but it’s not.
That’s got it now. And now. The internal timeline here corroborates the exchange of the report.
We should do a dramatic reading of this. We’re going to. Okay.
Listen. Now, an hour before federal agents descended on police headquarters to obtain the report, a special police tactical squad was waiting outside of Judanta Smith’s home. Medicine had authorized a probable cause arrest of Smith on suspicion that Smith had used the cell phone to make threats against another social media gadfly.
It’s all in here. The order was unusual. Considering it was just text message chatter between two high strung Facebook activists with no actual violence having ever been committed.
It was more unusual. Still, since the tactical squad is normally used to apprehend murderers, drug runners and cartel members. What the fuck? The.
Trouble you people. You trouble you, Mark. Yeah.
Fucking troubles me. This is not East Germany. Exactly.
Fuck. And what the fuck? The Smith takedown was called off just before noon because we at the Enjoyer in the No BS News Hour had just published our first article. And I believe Roberts Davis was on the show.
We did other stuff. We’re going to follow up on that. What’s going on with the illegality in the elections? They just blow.
Hey, man, they’re just blowing through election law. It’s bullshit. The law is the law.
Okay. What would you say? Give it to me. Hit me.
Oh, yeah. You hear me now? The Smith takedown was called off just before noon because we published our first expose chronicling the sexploits of Sheffield and Walker. You like this exploits? Canoodling and sexploits.
T. Canoodling and sexploits. Right. Yeah.
Thank you. Nevertheless, medicine continues to shop out to outside law enforcement agencies, flimsy rape charges. I’m serious.
He’s shopping rape charges. These ain’t stick. You posted the first allegation.
Oh, that. Oh, yeah. Oh, that.
But they’re flimsy and they’ve been denied by multiple agencies. Oh, and she had a fit that I didn’t mention that case last week. I’m like, nobody’s picking it up.
It’s not me. It’s called the No Bullshit News Hour with Charlie the Duff and Karen Dumas, not entire Brown and you. God, I like you.
Jeez. Why is he shopping that? And he’s also shopping equally nonsensical threat charges against Smith. Again.
I don’t vouch for Smith. I know he’s been going crazy on the Internet, looking silly and shit. I don’t vouch for anybody.
I just vouch for. Tell me. And then you, the queen of the scene.
No, that’s scary. Sorry. You’re the doc of the docs.
Doc of the docs. Right. You don’t you don’t do any of this shit till you got the docs.
Right. Yeah. Because if you don’t have the docs, it means nothing.
That’s why they couldn’t fuck with you. They tried. Apparently.
I know we’re going to get to. We’re going to do a dramatic reading. Now, you want to know what one official in an outside agency, because they can’t get him done in Detroit because there’s such shit.
So they’re shopping them to other law enforcement agencies. And one particular person said, nobody’s fucking interested in this mess. Nobody’s interested to tell you the truth.
I was told by this person. I don’t know. Bettison survives this.
I don’t see how he does. And I flagged down every fucking cop. I could see.
And I ask him, this shit fucking stinks. You lost him, sir. You lost him.
I believe his contract is guaranteed. No. The contract is fired.
Now they serve at the pleasure of the mayor. How much? Yo. Hey, man.
What are you doing? Filing lawsuits? Communicating with a court clerk. Communicating with the court. What? Let me just do this.
I don’t vouch for you people. But I admire you. Hey, yo.
Hey, man. I don’t vouch for you, but I admire you. Yeah.
She’s still writing. Oh, Mark. Your check, man.
I don’t need it the second. I apologize this is late. Can you hand that to Mark? No, no, look at that.
I was going to say, turn it over. Just crumple it into a ball and throw it to me. Are we going to write notes on it? No.
Thank you, T. You trying to set me up? She took the money, people. She took the money. Now get out there and take your pants off.
This is what’s going on. Yeah. Just that simple.
Yeah. Okay. Now, again, the internal timeline corroborates these facts.
Bettison and Sheffield did not respond to requests for interviews. You want to see my phone? You want to see my phone? But yeah, pull it out. Let’s see.
Oh, wait. We’ll do that later. Okay.
We’ll change money and pull it out later. Jesus Christ. I know.
You’re full of them today. Now, for his part, Jodante Smith continues to post and Bettison has now referred him to the Attorney General’s office. Bro, bro, now they’re pulling in Nessel.
Oh, my God. So now that we look stupid, you’re going to pull in Dana Nessel to make her look stupid too. Oh, my God.
And, you know, Dana Nessel, the last thing she wants. Is this? It’s next Tuesday. Huh? Yes, this is it.
No, no, that’s not going anywhere either, sir. The chief has referred Smith to Nessel over cyber crimes, alleging that he doxed the chief, posting his home address on social media, which he did. He did, didn’t he? I didn’t see it.
That’s what I was asking. Yeah, he did. And he did.
And you know why he did? Because the chief put a fucking undercover tactical squad outside of his house to snatch him up when he’s taking his boys. Or no, because it was around noon. So I think Jodante’s youngest son.
Yeah, but, you know, he could have been getting out of school early. He could have been going to get him for lunch. It could have been anything.
Something could have gone bad. Yeah. What is this bullshit? And that’s what’s pissing me off.
He keeps getting on the news, acting like he’s the innocent victim of Jodante’s doxing. But that document right there says it’s something different. And was it you or was it another director of the board that said the chief went on TV and said, I’m only the chief 40 hours a week? I don’t know.
That wasn’t me. It was another member of the board. Um, listen, you know, you’re in fucking trouble.
Right. When the good looking chicks of TV news are jumping you in a dark alley in the middle of the night, you know, you’re in trouble then, man. You know what I mean? Like, you’re the chief of police 24 7. Yes.
So I said to a director of the board, he’s reacting to this program because he watched it. And now he’s making excuses. I’m only chief of police 40 hours a week.
Hey, listen, man. Hey, man. What’s the clerk said? You got to get the brief in by 1 30.
If you’re only the chief of police for 40 hours a week, you got to go. That ain’t the kind of chief we need. You’re chief.
Your only thing in life is the chief. I mean, what are we doing? What are we doing to say? What if there’s an emergency? He’s going to go. I’ve already put in my 40 hours.
It’s ludicrous. What are you doing in the alley? Is that are you on the clock? Are you going to sleep in tomorrow? Let us know when you’re on the clock. Joke.
It’s just so illegal. You want to know how the 67 riot started in July 1967? It was an after hours party. A dude was back from now.
Yeah, probably got rowdy. I don’t know. I didn’t read these.
The police case. It was probably made up in a lie and shit, but they didn’t like it. And white cops went in there and broke black heads.
The guy that came back from now was a black guy. My dad came back from now. Kind of a black guy.
Right. Me a little bit. You all heard it by now.
He goes after all these years to think I was talking about myself. That’s what my dad said. Don’t say that.
Don’t, don’t, don’t, don’t. But hey, fuck it. It’s, you know, that’s my family.
Yeah. This kind of policing Detroit does not put up with. Does it set up secret police? Oh, you’re in here.
I know. Top line underneath the snitch. Oh, snap.
Marvin Walker, lover boy. Number two is mulling a lawsuit against his former lover, Mary Sheffield, Bettison and the city for the treatment he’s endured. Walker further claims he was intimidated by city hall last week.
Listen to this one. You don’t know this one. Oh, no.
Cause I was on vacation. I didn’t know. Oh, you were on vacation.
Everybody gets a vacation. But me. I’ll get you one.
You know, the people’s business never stops. Walker further claims he was intimidated by city hall last week. After our story chronicling the alleged scheme that Sheffield used to skim money from her political charity, which is called a. Five.
Oh. One. C. C. Three.
Three. They got a case on that too. Take it from me.
They got a case. You can look at the 990. I know.
I did turn over. You know what? We don’t have subpoena power in the No Bullshit News Hour. You know who does? It’s true.
He knows he’s over there. He’s like, yep. Yep.
Oh, that’s it. That’s the two paperwork monsters right here. I mean, you can’t.
You don’t want to fuck with monsters. Enjoyer and the No Bullshit News Hour has also learned that the first federal indictments against Sheffield’s inner circle may drop. They will drop as soon as January.
You guys got that? Hey, Mark. I want you to monitor. Views and stuff.
Okay. And I know there’s IP addresses in city hall. Yeah.
Oh, yeah. I know they got people on there watching this shit. Pretty simple.
T. They got people watching this shit. Oh, of course. I wouldn’t be surprised.
Well, I’m pretty much done. Wait a minute. Okay, let me just do this.
All right. Go ahead. Tell us something.
We don’t know. Am I going to tell you something? Just tell us something. We don’t know what’s going on here.
What’s going on? I can’t imagine what we don’t know. I mean, it’s all right there in that document. I didn’t know that till you told me yesterday.
Oh, okay. Yeah. Oh, that’s something reading.
Yeah, that’s something I didn’t know. I don’t have two copies. Yeah.
Oh, well, I’ll read it. No, take my chair. Here.
Take my chair. Mm hmm. Oh, I’m just kidding.
Oh, I did. I’m like, oh, fuck. Cut my toes off.
Yeah, hold on. She’s here. Hold on.
Yeah. Okay. You play too much.
That’s life’s a game. Is it? Because I don’t think that shit is funny. I’m mad as hell.
Oh, no, no, no. But sometimes the game is serious. Okay.
Didn’t you ever watch Spartacus? Who was in that one? That was Brad Pitt. No, I thought it was Charlton Heston. Wasn’t he Spartacus? No, he was Ben-Hur.
No, he was Moses. No. I thought it was.
He was Moses. Wait, Charlton Heston? Is that what you said? Yes, it was. He was definitely Moses.
Yeah. He might have been. No, you know, wait, you know Spartacus? Was that Tony Curtis? Yes.
I think I’m almost positive. Yeah. Well, we’re going to wait for show killer here.
He’s supposed to know everything pop culture. Okay. What do we got? Quickly.
You’re killing the show. The old one, not the new one. I think the new one was Brad.
What was the one Brad Pitt? Troy. Troy. Yeah.
I just saw that. Kirk Douglas. Did I say Kirk? No.
Okay. So, Kirk Douglas was Spartacus. Yes.
Who was Tony Curtis? Another actor. Ben-Hur? No, Ben-Hur was Heston. I don’t know.
None of these movies hold up. No. So, it was Tony Curtis.
Okay. Yeah. Look at that.
Look at Tony. Tony Curtis. No, just put in Spartacus cast.
We did. It’s right there. So, what’s Tony Curtis playing in? I don’t know.
Lots of other movies. He’s been in everything. Something Like It Hot.
What was the other one? Wasn’t he in one of the… Something Like It Hot. He wasn’t Spartacus, but he was a minor role. He was in Spartacus minor role.
Okay. That was fun. Okay.
Of all the movies in history, T, Tower of Brown, what are the ones that hold up that you would like… You’re actually sitting there and like, I’d watch it. You know, like movies. For me to Godfather all three of them.
Yeah. Number three gets a bad… I like three. I’m with you.
I like three. I thought it was pretty… Three was in, but I watch it because I watch one and two. Yeah.
And you watch three and you don’t dislike it. The reason you mostly dislike it, it wasn’t as great as the first. And I heard the last one wasn’t as great as the first two either.
What’s that? There was another one after three, I think. You talking about the Mayor’s Boyfriends? Jesus Christ. Suzanne, we’ll fix that in post.
What? Well, we’d have to have a Godfather somewhere and none of these people have been smart enough to be it. You ready to do a dramatic reading? Let’s read about the gumshoe investigation. I’m just going to do it unredacted.
Names and everything. Okay, do it. It’s an official document.
It is indeed. Sir, law degree. This is, right? It’s legit.
I can do that. It’s got a case number on the top. It’s got a case number.
Right? Yeah, read it. I’m just trying to lawyer it up. Huh? Fuck it.
Go it. Investigative timeline for case complex crimes case redundant number 26GA-0259 and cyber crimes case number 26-CCU-203 July 17th, 2026. Investigation initiated.
So it’s official, right? Lieutenant Johnson was called down to Chief Bettison’s office to meet with Mariah Walker. It started in the chief’s office. Yep.
Is that what you? Yeah. Okay, next one. July 19, 2026.
Why don’t you go ahead and read these four bullet points with extra emphasis on the first bullet point. July 19th, 2026. Initial cyber crimes investigation report 260-729-0224-26-CCU-203.
Bullet point one. The cyber crimes unit was notified of a possible extortion related incident involving Facebook users T Brown and Jodante Smith. You would be T Brown, wouldn’t you? I would.
We’ll just let that simmer on the stove for a second. What extortion incident were you involved in? I don’t know because I never tried to extort anything from the mayor’s office. As a matter of fact, when all the calls started coming in to talk to me, I didn’t answer them.
And when Brian White sent me a text message, and I hated being rude to him. Yeah, I sent him a reason why I wasn’t responding. And I still have that correspondence.
And if Brian is honest, he’ll tell you. His last message to me is still to this day from July 10th on unread. I’m going to go sit over here in Karen’s chair.
Are we going to bulletproof too? No, no, we’ll just keep going so we can see each other. What was that? You, as far as I know, I remember early July. This is going to be very important in the history of this show.
It is. Yes. Early July, you’re like, here’s a couple of documents I’ve been working on for months, many months.
How many months? I told you I had it for a while. In fact, just to level, I’m like, who the fuck is this person? Because I know you as Tara. It was T Brown I called.
They were like, what do you know about this? You just kind of know. You just kind of know things. Yeah.
You make it your business, unpaid business. And I FOIA a lot of documents, which is why I gave the case number because I want all the four years. FOIA these documents.
You can have those. Yeah, thank you. Yeah.
Because I’m going to need that. You’re entitled to that. Next bullet point.
And don’t read the numbers anymore. Everybody knows that it’s a real case and shit. Oh, yeah.
OK, go on. Oh, by the way.
Tell the newspapers for the newspapers and the TV stations, read the file number so they can FOIA it and catch up to what the fuck is being perpetrated on the people. Yeah. Okay.
The users were wait, wait, time out. Sorry. Case number.
No, no, no. No, no. Right at the top to read those.
Oh, okay. So they, so the media doesn’t have to rewind. Okay.
Okay. Investigative timeline for case complex crimes. Case number two, six G as in George, a as an apple dash zero two five nine and cyber crimes case number two, six dash C C U dash two Oh three.
It’s nice to know you. Nice to know you too. Karen.
It’s nice to know you and nice to know you. And nice to know you. And nice to know you.
There’s, there’s, there’s people interested in the people, good people interested in the people. Now I’m fucking sitting here. We, we, we live in this shit and all I’m hearing all week long is Michigan stole a second.
What? Hey, yo, uh, you still got the record for rebounds at Michigan Dearborn, don’t you? Yeah. Uh, do you notice everybody’s talking about that extra second in the hill, Mary? Yes. Dude, the shit we’re into, uh, uh, I need an investigation into that second.
Now, Mark and I agree because we’re homers. I’m sorry. You got an extra second.
You got an extra second Western Michigan. You gave up the hell Mary. You did.
Okay. Western Michigan. You won the game fucking well done, but you didn’t whatever.
I would rather take the L like the most famous. No. A perfect game was Don Larson.
Oh yeah. Uh, 57 world series. Yeah.
Okay. The second most famous. Perfect game was Galarraga Detroit.
When he didn’t get in the blue, the car, that one lives forever. Ever. Name me another perfect game.
See what I’m saying? Yeah. Okay, man. Let’s people’s business.
Oh, she’s fought. Look at her. Look at her.
She’s deep into it, man, dude. She’s into it. No, she was getting, get a closeup, get a closeup to her furrowed worried.
No, no, no. She’s pissed. Yeah.
Because this is some bullshit. And then to hang your career and your reputation on this unknown person, Mariah Walker at the top is unbelievable. You know what I’m not even dealing with.
Don’t, don’t involve me in that world. Okay. But wait a minute.
They involved you read the first bullet point. Again, read the first bullet point. The cyber crimes unit was notified of a possible extortion related incident involving Facebook users, T Brown and Judante Smith.
God damn extortions of felony. It is indeed. And then they’re fucking talking about you.
Cause you did some posts on Facebook. What’s the chief of police do? Oh, you know, you know why? Cause he got a call from city hall. You know, I know that cause I fucking know people that know.
I know. And there it is. You did.
Oh, this is bad. Chief. You got to go.
Does the chief have to go and I’ve kept names out of this quickly. I’ve kept names out of this, but I’ve had the discussions. It’s time for you fuckers doing dirt to fall on your sword, retire, go get a job and keep your shit out of this six, six, six investigations on many, many things.
I’ll be having discussions this afternoon. And by the way, um, you can’t wait me out because she’s got him. He’s got him.
She’s got him. The clouds got him. You can’t do that.
It’s not going to make it stop. Go ahead. Look, she’s shaking.
She’s fucking. I’m getting all right. Go ahead.
Yeah. Go ahead. Uh, the users were reportedly posting derogatory information concerning Detroit mayor Sheffield.
Whoa. Oh, that’s in the police report. So that’s what it’s about.
The truth is derogatory. Oh my God. They were posting things about a mayor.
Why is the chief of police getting involved with this psycho? Notice there’s no definition or description of this derogatory stuff that was posted. No quotes, no, nothing. Cause it wasn’t derogatory.
It was true. Yeah. Cyber crime submitted a request to meta through it.
Whoa. What would you say? Meta is Facebook. So what happened? Cyber crime submitted a request to the Detroit police got a hold of Zuckerberg’s people and said, well, apparently that we were bullying and posting derogatory information.
It says through its standard user reporting channels, requesting removal of the content under metas bullying and harassment policy concerning public figures, public figures. I didn’t know they had that with public figures. Exactly.
Is there such a thing? Unlicensed council? What? It’s ridiculous. But it’s it’s okay. Yeah.
Then it says a preservation request was also submitted for the identified Facebook pages, meaning they wanted photographs from meta that could be put into a court of law. Here have one July 20th, 2026 meta follow-up cyber crimes follow up with meta meta on request. July 21st cyber crimes confirms the status of the preservation request submitted on July 19th.
A lot of trouble here, July 21st deed fraud investigation. So now they’ve kind of just jumped ship. We’re looking for stuff, right? I posted several D hello.
They didn’t look. I noticed none of the deeds that I posted are mentioned in here, but okay. So they’re looking into Marvin shit.
Yeah. First, what was you and your Dante? Now we’re doing Marvin. Anybody that got any of these pictures? Yeah.
Right. Yep. So Sergeant Reno received an email from Captain John Stewart regarding two potential deep fraud victim.
Let me do a little soggy. Pick up the choppy sloop. Could you give me that? Oh, I want to go.
Captain John Smith. I want to go home. This is the worst trip I’ve ever been on.
Do do do do do go ahead. Second. Okay.
So they go back to Captain Stewart regarding two potential deep fraud victims, Linnaeus Harris and John Gonzalez. Miss Harris reported alleged fraud involving Kwanzaa, Howerton and Marvin Walker. Pause.
All right. Now here, give you to beautiful. This is getting so weird.
It is. Did you see like two days ago that I what’s his name, the YouTube dude that does investigations? Something Cornelia, I think Cornelia. Yeah.
So he’s writing about this guy that you just mentioned. Kwanzaa, Howerton and Marvin Walker. We got anything? Yeah.
This is the end of it. He did a really good 18 minute YouTube piece, but this is a really small bullshit that really shows you big bullshit. And after you wrapped up the Kwanzaa, Howerton part and what he was doing, and now it’s leaking in Detroit, he still had one question left, which is curious about is between all this grant money and all the money that’s allegedly been taken from these investors.
Where did all the money go? The website Michigan Enjoyer just released a blog post and video discussing a man named Marvin Walker and his ex lover, Mary Sheffield, who just happens to be the mayor of Detroit. Marvin and Kwanzaa are business partners of some capacity, I believe. Here’s a post on Kwanzaa’s personal Facebook page sharing a partnership with Detroit Power Detroit.
That’s the nonprofit entity run by the guy, Marvin Walker. I was called to meet a man named Marvin Walker here. Marvin is the former lover of then city councilwoman and currently mayor of Detroit, Mary Sheffield.
He showed me a dossier, text messages, videotapes, emails. He alleged they were running a racket, taking kickbacks. He was the middleman of it all.
Some people have told me that they believe Kwanzaa is not in prison and able to run these little schemes because of his connections to local politicians. I’m not sure how to validate that, and I’m not claiming it as true, but that’s what numerous people have shared with me. One of the victims told me that Kwanzaa’s aunt is Kim Worthy, prosecutor of Wayne County since 2004.
Is that true? If what was told to me is true, then I think Kwanzaa is going to need a criminal defense attorney. I don’t believe that. Okay.
See that right there? No bullshit news over here. Because I would think that if Kim Worthy was genuinely his aunt, she would have been able to squash that shit before it got out. I got to give Kim Worthy some credit here, some hype.
She’s holding that office in a legal position. I don’t want to be involved in this. You elect people to run government, co-equal branches of government.
And when the woman goes, you’re not going to involve me in this shit. That is a goddamn decent prosecutor, really a decent prosecutor. Because in the end, that woman makes the decision.
And I’m like it. Now I’m going to just rip through this a little bit. July 24th, Gonzalez was interviewed by the squad.
The 24th Cybercrimes conducted a follow up with Facebook. I mean, they really wanted to sit down. July 29th, a report was filed against Jodante Smith for threats of life.
Little texting. I don’t know why. Well, allegedly, the threat of life was don’t trust the city and don’t trust medicine.
You’ll probably end up or you’re going to end up like strawberry. That’s what that’s the threat. That’s what I heard, too.
OK, now on the 30th, the next day, Sergeant Wilson was assigned to assist with the case on the 31st. Smith filed a report for threats on the 4th of August. The follow up, everybody, car dealerships.
Gonzalez, Howerton, the whole fucking night, the the property on West Chicago. How did he get a certificate of occupancy when it didn’t pass? So now it’s starting to get into corruption citywide. Same stuff we saw when Duggan was in office with Chad, Audie and all the rest of them.
The building is falling apart, but B.C. is approving it. Let’s make this clear. It’s nonsense.
Let’s make this clear. We got a women and children shelter that doesn’t have a certificate of occupancy. Duggan called the nonsense.
Yeah, this wasn’t nonsense. So in the end, all of this shit was going on under Mike Duggan’s stewardship for him to pretend like he doesn’t know. Well, I’m telling you, sir.
Well, remember, the city took them to court and then all of a sudden certificates and dismissals for everyone. OK, so we go in here, big vehicle, financial investigation, dealership investigation, more interviews. The chief is updated on the case on the sixth.
A pastor is involved. Is it? Property deed allegations, more car dealerships, search warrants for cell phones. The V.A., the Veterans Menace Veterans Administration and Detroit Power Investigation.
They’re looking into Marvin’s other dealings, then the buildings. They’re looking into the buildings and then people are kicked off the case in the cases. Stuffed in a drawer, medicine is updated and then a cybercrimes meeting with Mr. Smith, then a cellular location warrant, then.
One of the investigators is removed from the case. I wonder why it’s interesting. Then medicine is updated and then there’s a search warrant for it says here, Gidon pays.
They use his first name. They didn’t say Mr. Smith for his phone. So they’re asking for another warrant.
To search his phone for its entire history, not for this, that warrant is denied. What day is that? It is denied the 26th of August. We’re going to get to that.
OK, then they shut down the building with everybody in it. You know, the the one on Chrysler Drive, right? Oh, where the man was. Where, you know, 16 cops show up and it says here the complex crimes unit vice squad be seed, which is building safety, engineering and environment and general service.
They all descend on that place, locked everybody out. Then a meeting with the attorney general. Concerning the investigation of Quanzel Howerton and Marvin Walker, which is that piece we just saw.
They took his phone. Additional warrants submitted. Seeking authorization to examine data outside the scope of the original search warrant.
What is this? This is fucked up. That’s unconstitutional. Of course.
And the next day, the county prosecutors, people said, get the fuck out of here. We’re not doing that. We’re not doing it.
Then they put the squad outside of Mr. Smith’s house and called it off. And on the 26th, there’s a meeting with the commanders and the department is advised to stand down on the case. Don’t do it anymore because they keep fucking it up.
Yeah. And this is coming from subordinates saying, get the fuck out of here. What are you doing? That looks hot off the desk of Clancy Wiggum’s, the chief of police on the Simpsons.
Like, who did this? I was like, no. Hey, man, counsel without representation over there. I was like, she’s naming people.
Oh, God, I’m going to have to bleep it. But it was from the Simpsons. Continue on with your Simpsons analogy.
That’s some bullshit. It’s some Keystone cop shit. Yeah.
Okay. The next, the 28th medicine is further updated on the 31st of August. The attorney general’s office states that she’s waiting on a response from her chief about these latest charges.
They’re shopping charges. August 31st. The FBI.
Let me do it again. Can I get a sound effect? Can I get a reverb? You got something for me? Yeah. Ready? F B I. Did it work? No.
No, I can fix it and post it. The FBI advises the police department that they’re taking up the public corruption side of this case. F B. And just so you know, from the beginning, tell me, and we won’t use any names, the snitch.
I told that person, the Detroit police doesn’t handle government corruption. They’re not trying to help you. They’re looking to get your Dante’s phone.
And I kept saying the Detroit police, how could he investigate his own boss? Again, public corruption. Yeah. They don’t investigate the public.
It means people in the public offices. Yeah. Here’s the most after, after the fact that you got strung up in this here’s the second most devastating bullet point is the agent of the FBI stated that the FBI would no longer be providing case updates to the Detroit police department in regard to this case going forward because now they’re investigating them.
Boom. So how does this thing pan out? Let’s see. Oh, let me just go like this.
September 1st, this month. That the Michigan state police advise that they won’t be taking up the stalking and threats case against mr. Smith. It’s a joke.
It’s a joke. Like I, nobody wants to touch this. What are these clowns doing? So you may have these do what you do with that.
What are we in here? I appreciate you, Charlie. I appreciate you. Cause I did not know this until you told me, because I told everybody, Oh, they’re not bothering.
And I know you’re looking at me because I haven’t done anything, but apparently I wanted you here because you’d done the public’s business for them. Well, you do the public and if you fuck up, that’s fine with me. No, you’re, you know what I mean? Yeah.
We’re all fuck ups. Absolutely. And even this situation was a fuck up, but they’ve made it twice as bad trying to cover it up.
So how do we workshop this? What happens? We did this before. We’ll do it again. The chief has to go.
He absolutely has to go. If he doesn’t go, then names and shit get dropped. Documents get dropped.
Somebody’s got to go. Now you can leave them in because you don’t want it to look like anything’s wrong. So which choices they have and which one do you think they should make? Well, here’s the thing again, like I said last week, you can’t just fire somebody that knows all the fuckery that’s been going on because if it were me, will I be leaving with a big, big check or will I be dragging you under the bus with me? I understand politics.
You leave it a big, big check. But then now somebody has to explain the big, big check because then you have the public like me, like people in this room that says you fucked up big time. Why are we giving you a check? So you should be talking admit the fuck up.
And when I say Marvin, Michigan’s automated voice interactive network, look at that Walker. Wow. Well, no, you know, we all understand politics.
Okay. So I don’t think a severance check is appropriate for public officials. I’ve never heard of it, but all the way back to Bob Ficano and Turkey Mullen and the here’s your, here’s your, you know, you got to do it.
Here’s your cash out. Go. You got to do it.
You got to do it. You cannot have this kind of thing going on against people like you. You, you can’t, I prefer pay him to check, pay him something and get the fuck out.
And if he was any kind of dude, he would be quiet so he can get another job. Nobody’s going to hire a guy who runs to the camera, but sir, you can definitely call me a little, you know, on the background, you know what I’m saying? Yeah. Get on the news and explain this bullshit.
Like you did the whole, did you Dante’s doxing me? And he owes child support and blew it. Yeah. And ask how you know about that.
You were working on that too, to arrest him. This is, this is bullshit. And I hate to keep using that word because this is the known bullshit news hour, but it’s like, this whole case is some absolute nonsense.
This looks like something you see on a bad episode of like law and order or CSI trying to cut. It would have been better to just hire a PR person and say, look, I did some foul shit. Sorry y’all and move on.
Cause people can respect that. But then when it becomes, I’m a victim, and then we’re looking at Detroit donates nine nineties, I’m a victim. And then you’re looking at just Mary sitting on the lap of Marvin Walker.
Like y’all have made this worse. This could have easily been fixed with a Karen Dumas, like crisis management. Hey y’all don’t do this.
Say this. Don’t put it in her name. Don’t put your hand in the bag.
Yeah. You didn’t give him money. We had a relationship that went bad and here he is.
People would have believed that this shit right here. If somebody told me this, I would be like, this is unbelievable. But it’s true.
Here it is three different case. And this is just this little piece of it because we still getting back to the city’s been poisoned. The city’s been looted, right? We got real bad biz.
Don’t, don’t do the names yet. We got bad business people injected in their city council running around like they don’t know what’s going on. And we know they know what’s going on.
Don’t we? They do. And here’s the thing. If I was the parent of a murdered child or a missing child at any age, and I saw police resources and tactical units being used on bullshit like this, I’d be mad as hell.
There are moms that come into the Detroit board of police commission meetings, top medicine wouldn’t know. Cause he gets up and leaves after he says what he has to say that are complaining about unsolved cases. Sometimes from the early two thousands, they can’t get a call back.
Can’t get any fucking movement, but your Dante Smith and T Brown with Facebook posts get all the attention in the world. And then I sit back and think about, you know what? I’ve never had a conversation with chief medicine. He and I have never had a conversation.
I sent him an email about a tenant that was killed. I never heard back from him. I only have one time to email you and not hear back from you.
You’ll never hear from me again. And when you do, I don’t expect a response. I’ve sent emails about homeless women, conditions of shelters, BCD investigations that went left, never fucking got a response.
I put a picture connected Mary Sheffield with Marvin Walker, and I wasn’t even the first one. Um, somebody mentioned in this report that was helping when it was the first one to post a picture of them. Nobody saw it cause she’s a nobody and nobody follows her, but yeah.
Here’s the other part of it though. Soon as I put the post up, I got everybody calling me and I, I kind of felt like John Travolta in white man’s burden. When he tells Harry Butler five, say, well, I called you about my job.
You didn’t have time for me. Now I’m standing here with a gun in my hand and you got all the time in the world. Yeah.
That’s pretty much what it was, which made me even matter. That was an unbelievable recitation of that. That was better than the original do it again.
Yeah, you do. Okay. Yeah.
But that’s what we got. But yeah. And, and all these resources, this is money.
When I look at this report to me, this is money and resources that could have been spent on finding the murderer of somebody in Detroit. Well now, yes, there’s that. And now there’s the use.
Look at the last page. Do not do the names there. I’ll let the media have their bit F B I you fucked up so bad, so bad that you caught another fucking case.
And again, now the FBI is not fucking talking to you. So what happens to all the cases they were helping you work on? Cause now they can’t trust you. So that delays somebody else’s justice.
This is a mess. You want to know what the guy lost the department so bad. Your own employees are telling on you.
I got a feeling the FBI is talking through unofficial channels. You know what I’m saying? Yeah. Fuck.
What the fuck? Tens of thousands of dollars. Everybody involved me in their trifling. I’m getting trifling shit now all day long.
When people tell you not to trust the city, not to trust the police, it’s because of this shit here. I, um, I’m not a distrustful person, but when I see bullshit, I’m saying it, I’m saying it, that’s it. I’m going to trust the city.
I need the city. And when he was, we built a city with these offices for just these reasons. And it is important that we keep it clean.
And when we forced them to be clean, was Jackie in for this position, he brought out all his little cronies talking about how honest and trustworthy and how good he was going to be in this role. This is it. He’s a nice guy.
Oh, I don’t doubt it. I never thought that he was time to go. It was not a nice guy, but again, this is some conniving bullshit.
And here’s the other part of it. I mean, by the way, we’re doing, we’re doing the clean version. We’re doing the clean version, all the shit that’s actually sitting there.
Yeah. Text messages, you know, like they, how do I say this? Let me think about it just real quick. Remember, remember the dirt, remember that that’s all part of this.
And once the dirt started and the FBI is in on that, they got everybody’s phones and you wouldn’t believe some of the stuff on it, some of the stuff on it. And I got that stuff and I’m trying to avoid it. I’m trying to avoid it, but make a fucking decision today.
I hope I know there. Listen, Mark, you’re going to check the IP address out of city hall, right? Make the decision today, better world, cleaner world. This isn’t sexcapades and shit.
I’m trying to be right. And there’s a reason you, you did, I could call you first or did you call me? You caught me. Remember? I did.
Cause I’m as good as you. You know what? I’m going to be honest when you called me and we didn’t talk about it again. I’m like, maybe there’s nothing there.
Just these documents that I have, or, you know, maybe he’s a fraud. Maybe, you know, he, um, sugar, pied me trying to see what I got. And they didn’t do nothing.
I didn’t think that I thought maybe he’s looking. No, I’m serious. I thought maybe he’s looking and he didn’t find anything.
Is this story dead? And see again, what’s interesting to you sometimes is always interesting to me. But what’s interesting to me sometimes is not interesting. It’s minutiae.
So should we fill, fill the audience in on our relationship like this? T T shut the fuck up. I’m not talking about what are you doing? And then Charlie, I have questions. No.
And it literally goes like, Charlie, I have questions. I don’t have time for your questions. Hold that question.
Save that for next week. Right? Write it down. That’s a valid question.
What we’re doing this week. Cause it’s so, um, preposterous and difficult. It’s preposterous and difficult.
What we’re doing that we have to check. You have to trust people. Yeah.
Charlie’s not interested in the nine nineties, but I love a good night. No, I pointed you out to the nine nineties. And I said, I said, you do what you do.
And listen, I, we, there is a, there is a white man in the board of directors. He’s a lawyer. Yes.
You know what I’m talking about? We didn’t check it out to anybody. Check it out. We need to do it 15 fucking thousand times before we come out for one hour because we respect the people and we won’t, we respect people’s careers.
We do. We got to get it right. We want them to do what they do in their career.
It’s called due diligence. That’s right. Now you’re just fuck people up one timely.
You like that one? God, I can use some one time soup. Oh my God. Well, you’re not going to find it.
Do you like a drop soup? Sometimes not all the time. It has to look certain way too. It’s gotta look snotty.
It’s gotta look like snot. See, now that you said it, I’m not going to be able to eat it for a while with hot sauce. Do you have hot sauce in your bag? No.
Yeah. See that another bullshit. Another bullshit.
I mean, there are women who do it, but I’m not doing it. There’s no, I never met a woman carry. Oh no.
I met a woman that not only carried hot sauce, she carried ranch. What the fuck? Yeah. Ranch.
Oh yeah. In a bag. I hope her purse wasn’t cooler.
And ever since Beyonce mentioned it now, everybody, big women. Well Beyonce says she carries ranch around. No, she says she carries hot sauce in her bag.
No, she’s got hot sauce in her bag swag. So then everybody’s putting hot sauce in their bag. I like hot sauce.
You like hot news too. I do. You got any? What else you got? Don’t tell me it hasn’t been vetted.
Now, you know, I’ll call around before I repeat it to you, even if it hasn’t been vetted. Well, that’s where we discuss. Before I upload it.
We discuss. Do not do it. You got stuff in your possession.
What I tell you, I gave you that front page. You’re in it. And I told you what? Do not post it until it’s vetted.
And then now you may. And I give you paper, not digital. That’s right.
Because nobody… Stay away from digital. Yeah, because there’s footprints on that shit. Yes.
Yeah. All right. So where are we going? Next week is… Oh, next week’s 9-11.
I’m going to do something. This week, this Friday’s 9-11. I didn’t think it was appropriate.
Right. I want to see what’s said. I want to see who remembers what and who talks about it.
And then we’ll talk about it. But here’s an interesting one. Here’s what’s weird.
So a tornado went through. Detroit. Detroit, for sure.
And my little shack with the outhouse and the well water. And knocked down a shitload of trees. I went up there.
Fuck, I can’t do all these trees because the trees are hanging in the trees. I got to pay a guy. Got a guy.
You got a house on the other side. Oh, Herb. That was Herb.
I’m like, who’s Herb? That was Herb. That was my tree guy. Herb’s doing it now.
Holy shit. Okay. Remind me when we’re done.
I got to call Herb back. Anyway. So, all right.
Good. I’m out. Bang.
I get some gas. Little Lexington. Nice little town in the thumb.
It’s like the coolest little town. And I’m getting gas and I’m going to pay for it. Oh, wait, lady.
And she says, I slept till 10 this morning. And I said, tell us all about it. Tell us all about it.
She says, I haven’t slept till eight in the morning for 40 years. And I go, good for you. She bought some wiper fluid.
Goes out. Her car is next to mine. I said, can I put that in for you? She goes, sure.
And she opens the hatchback. She thinks the fluid goes back there. I go, no, it’s in the front.
She goes, oh, I’ve never been in there. I said, pop the hood. Come over here.
She comes. I go, see this little bar here. You pull that bar up and it holds your hood up.
I go, see this one? It says brake fluid. This one says coolant. And you see the one with the windshield wiper on it? That’s where it goes.
So I fill it. It’s very nice. New York Times, liberal old white lady.
She goes, oh, it’s screaming the crap. I don’t say anything. We talked at it.
And then I said, okay, great, terrific. See you later. And she goes, did you hear? I say, hear what? She said, the Russians have struck with a missile.
A United States aircraft carrier in Iran. And I go, oh, my fucking God. It’s World War III.
Oh, my God. And as I’m going to the washroom and wash my hands, she says, and you complain that orange monster for it. I said, okay, cool.
And then I am so distraught that we’re in the middle of World War III. I’m up in the country trying to find any news station that’s going to tell me we’re in World War III. And eventually, about 20 miles down the road, it comes on.
The United States struck Iranian oil tankers because they launched a couple of drones on our ships. I’m like, oh, it’s not World War III. Lovely woman.
So clouded. So you’re giving me fake news. You’re up in the country spreading fake news.
You’re giving me saying I got to get my life together. At a moment like that, it’s like, doesn’t matter what you saved, doesn’t matter what you are, the bell has rung. And a really educated, nice person, it was my pleasure, actually, to help, was doing that shit.
And it’s like it’s so ill-informed. But if, depending on where you are, to her, it feels like World War III. Well, she was creating it, is my point.
Yeah, that too. And it’s like your facts aren’t straight. Like this report.
Facts, facts, facts, facts. OK, let’s hear from XG Service Group, and then we’re going to have an update on Robert Davis’s many, many laws. Not many.
No, let me get this better. Robert Davis trying to keep the election system clean. That’s right.
He’ll have an update on Jocelyn Benson, Eli Savitt. Mm, this guy’s like in Supreme Court area now. This is, they’re trying to drag it over the line.
We’ll hear from him after this. Well, you know, when it rains, the power goes out. And when the power goes out, the Internet goes out.
When the Internet goes out, I call my friend Matt and Bernie at XG Service Group. Look at Bernie here on his hands and knees, giving it everything he’s got. Look at that man crack.
So busy, he forgot to wear a belt. There’s Matt right there getting the board together. That’s 734-245-4100.
If you need Matt and Bernie to come take care of your voice over Internet, your security cameras, off-campus access control, Wi-Fi and cameras for homes and business, they’ll design it for you. You got restaurants, they do drive-thru systems, railroad cameras for public safety, total wireless camera systems for your home and business. Yeah, that’s right.
Call XG Services at 734-245-4100. By the magic of TV, I’m over here now. Okay, T, you ever read this book, Detroit American Outsider? Okay, I’m going to do an old trick that I do at book readings with this.
You close your eyes. I’m going to flip the book around. Don’t open your eyes.
You take the book. You open it. Don’t open your eyes though.
Open the book, put your finger on a word. Oh, man. Just put your finger on a word.
Don’t look. I hope it’s the part where you’re in it. Despite the fact that his father was black and his mother was white, in Detroit, we all talked the race game.
It’s a way of life. Should I go on? That was pretty good. That was kind of deep.
As we walked in the door, he looked at Mongo and then at me. I invited him. Mongo said, he’s all right.
I took a seat in the back. Sheffield was planning a run against Representative John Conyers, the aging barnacle-like fixture in the U.S. Congress. Conyers had served more than 20 terms in the House and had presided over the collapse of his district, including Highland Park, where he did not even bother to keep an office.
Highland Park, the birthplace of the Model T, was an industrial hamlet wholly surrounded by Detroit. Today, little is there. It is poor, black, burned down, and so tough that even the Nation of Islam moved its mosque away.
Fact? Yeah. The saying goes that suburbanites don’t go to Detroit and Detroiters don’t go to Highland Park. Fuck, that was weird.
From all the spots to point, because that’s not even one of my favorites. I got some favorites in there. I won’t talk about them.
I know. That was pretty ironic. Pretty ironic and inaccurate.
You’re a Highland Park guy. I’m a Highland Park guy. The former headquarters of Ford Motor Company and Chrysler.
It was the richest hamlet in the fucking nation in our lifetime. City of trees. Great infrastructure.
Beautiful home. Did you see they tore down that shit on Woodward? On Woodward, yeah. Finally.
The huge apartment building. The coat of arms apartment building. Where was that at? Right on Woodward.
Woodward and Farrin Park. About three blocks. Oh.
A big one. You know the two big monsters that bring the town down? They tore that down? They got one down. And they tore it down right.
And every day coming downtown, I stop, I park, I smoke, I watch, and then make sure they know I’m watching. That’s good. Because they fucking wronged Highland Park before.
Yeah. With this shit. God damn it.
Okay, brother, where we at now? Well, I mean, it’s very interesting. Oh, this show’s going long, isn’t it? I love it. I rarely do it, but this one.
No, this one. I’m loving it. Hold on.
Hold on a minute, Robert. Last time I had something here, I could barely stand up. No.
Oh, no, for real. Oh my God. What the hell is in there? That’s a little bit of Applejack moonshine.
Is that a spider or a scorpion? Go on, T. No, I’ll go first. No, come on. This come from Georgia.
I have a kidney that’s not mine. Oh, wow. You have a kidney? What? He’s trying to get ratings.
I drink that shit and just drop dead right here. And he’s like, that’s good TV. She has a donated kidney.
That’s good TV. Man, that look like some. Would you like some? I think that’s real moonshine.
No, sir. Oh my God. It’s from the backwoods of Georgia.
It is. It’s true. Because it’s got that white stuff in it.
By the way, you know who brought it? One of the board of directors. And this board of director, she just down there with her mama. Don’t get along.
She got along with her grandmama. And grandma’s gone. And I’m like, did you visit her? And she said, no.
I go, well, I would put off leaving for a day and go visit that woman at May June. She did. I don’t have to like you, but I love you.
I just want to say that, you know, fucking do your complicated fucking fuck. And let him, let him tweet. I do.
And this is a guy I argue with. We’ll get fucking mad at each other. We won’t fucking talk to each other.
You sell out motherfucker. But we come around because, well, that’s this kind of town. No pussies got no time for pussies.
We can agree to disagree. Uh, what a non-commissioned lawyer early answer that was. All right.
Go on, man. Where are we late? Interview the man. Let me just sit.
Well, I mean, we have a very tight deadline. Robert Davis, Tara Brown. My pleasure.
Nice meeting you. I think you should ask him the opening question. Sure.
Go ahead. So you can have your in, you can have your, your, your training for a podcast. Okay.
Not mine. Okay. So where are you with the Jocelyn Benson lawsuit? Well, we’re, we have a tight deadline for the Michigan Supreme Court this afternoon.
What? And wait a minute. Give me the breaking news. And we’re not doing anything till I get my sound effect.
Breaking news. Supreme court. Supreme court.
We have to have briefing in by two o’clock. And not only on Jocelyn Benson issue, but also with respect to the democratic nominees for attorney general and secretary of state. There is a concerted effort by lower trial court judges to try to stall this effort to expose the fact that you have three candidates who have submitted false affidavits of identity that should not be on the ballot statewide statewide.
It’s Benson, Savitt, Benson, Savitt, and Gilchrist. And now, and now I’m sorry, brother. Sorry, sister.
The guy that wants to be the secretary of state. You are alleging you have proved he fucked up his secretary of state. Yes.
I mean, here you have a person trying to be secretary of state who does not know election law, who’s violated election law blatantly. And now you have Benson’s office trying to obstruct justice, try to change records. And you even have now the Democratic State Central Committee trying to fraudulently change and alter their campaign finance filings that show Eli Savitt’s candidate committee for prosecutor donated over $40,000 to the Democratic Central Committee.
And now they’re trying to change. I thought it was $4,700. No, they’ve amended it to say that there’s a total of 40 something thousand dollars worth.
Meaning the shit. Wait, wait, wait. The shit we didn’t find.
They’re copying the more shit. Yeah, they’re altering their own. I was over in Muskegon last week and I’m like, hey, Robert, you’re hearing about Savitt’s filings.
He goes, how do you know? You know what I said to him? I know everything. That’s a true exchange. But what you have now is Democrats need to stand up and be very vocal over the corrupt conduct of Curtis Hertel and his handling of this very exposed controversy that clearly shows that the person trying to be the chief law enforcement officer of the state of Michigan is trying to violate the law and now part of a cover-up and conspiracy.
So what’s the suit? Is the Supreme Court going to hear it today? No, the briefing is due at two o’clock today. So everything has to be in by Tuesday and expedited the whole nine yards. OK, so you went court of claims, court of appeals.
Court of appeals quickly said, we’re not touching it. We’re not touching it. And so you know why? You know what? That’s on page eight.
We ain’t touching this shit, motherfuckers. We’re not touching it. So thankfully, you have mechanisms in the law to get prompt judicial review from our Supreme Court.
Now, the ultimate question becomes, will the vast majority of the six Democratic elected Supreme Court justices follow the rule of law and enforce the rule of law? The documentary evidence is uncontroverted, period. It clearly shows these three individuals violated the campaign finance act. Just for people, for people that are just driving the regular.
You didn’t you didn’t keep your book straight. Your books have to be your campaign books. Got to be straight.
No ifs, ands or buts. And if you sign your name saying I want my name on the ballot, then all of your campaign finance shit’s got to be tight. I know it was an oversight.
I know you were just no excuse. You just piddling with the middle over here. But so many people have been tossed off the ballot.
And now the people in charge of the ballots are trying to fucking cover it up. Exactly. I know.
I know what you got. You know what he has. You know what he has.
It’s a fact. It’s a fucking fact. And what’s so ironic about it, Charlie, is that it’s the Secretary of State’s very own records.
It’s her database that’s showing the blatant violations of the law by these three Democratic nominees. So we got to ask ourselves, why would we want to elect individuals who are blatantly violating the law, who are now digging the hole even deeper and involving themselves in the conspiracy, having people submit false affidavits to the court that are blatantly false, which is perjury under law. And I am totally committed to seeing this thing all the way through, even after the election.
And because for some god for awful reason that some of these people are elected, there are post-election remedies in which to remove them from office. And these type of issues, which you know, which you were very helpful for me in getting certain people removed in Highland Park after being elected, will happen, can happen. And now we have the documentary evidence to show that now the Democratic Party, the chair, is a part of this conspiracy and cover up to lie to the courts.
I don’t care what party you belong to, conservative, liberal, independent. You should want to enforce the rule of law and not allow individuals to truly submit false affidavits to the court. I got a natural.
But you got a question? I got a natural. You know, I got a question. I do have a question.
So if they drag this on and get elected, you can still get them unremoved. You can still get them removed. There is a mechanism called Quo Warranto, where if a person is elected unlawfully, you can have them removed.
And they’re creating a paper trail that is so sound that is making this effort very easy because they’re so used to people just bowing down. So they get elected. It’s over.
It’s done with. No, it’s not over and done, especially when you are lying and submitting false affidavits to the court in order to try to subvert the rule of law. OK, so now for the people who don’t understand government and all of that stuff.
So all three of them get elected. Then they get taken down. Are we having a special election? Does the next person step up? Well, wait, wait.
I’m in here. I’m in here. No, we’re not doing that.
Mark, that’s a legitimate question. Oh, look, they all get. First of all, you’ve got them all elected and then you’ve already got them removed from office.
And then we’re doing special election. This motherfucker hadn’t even filed in the Supreme Court yet. So the question would be, are you doing this to the Republicans? Are you looking into them or you’re not paid to do that? Well, but you don’t do this shit for free.
She does. I honestly do do it for free. Oh, you do? And so what? This is a couple of bucks.
The rule of law to me means a lot, especially when you have people masquerading as honest individuals that have integrity. I mean, Jocelyn Bisson is the most unethical individual I’ve ever encountered. And her staff is the most unethical staff.
They would do any and everything in order to subvert the rule of law. So it’s not about if I’m helping somebody, it’s about enforcing the rule of law. Guess what? It’s your latest video.
Sure. Let’s say so. And I know that you’re not lying because the guy who works for her now is running.
I think he’s running for secretary of state. Told me a lie. Oh, you send me the defraud.
I’ll look into it. The notary fraud. If you send me the notary fraud, I’ll look into it.
That motherfucker. Look at this great. Watch this.
So I know a lot of you are concerned about what the next governor is going to do to protect our environment and our clean water. So I want to take this and address it head on. I’ve heard your concerns and I want you to know I am listening and I will be a governor that does something about it.
As governor, I will put a moratorium on data centers. No data centers will be built in Michigan unless there are rules in place that make them negotiate with communities in the open. We will ban them from getting tax breaks and using up our water and we will require them to pay for the power they use because this matters to me personally.
I’m a mom of a 10 year old kid. I know Michigan’s future. Protecting Michigan’s future is all about making sure that we protect our natural beauty and make this state a special place to live.
So here’s what I promise. There will be no new data centers allowed in your community until you have a voice and a real seat at the table. That means full transparency.
I’ve had enough. Stop right there. Fuck, man.
Your husband and the conglomerate. Her husband is one of the biggest crooks that people don’t even know about. Allegedly.
What’s Ross’s first name? Stephen? Oh, the billionaire. Yeah, Stephen Ross. Stephen Ross.
Owner of the Miami Dolphins. She worked for him. Yep.
Okay. Her husband works for him. Yes.
They’re the ones building the data center in Saline Township. Nice people, rural community. I always liked Saline.
You know why? Because, no offense, I mean this in the right way for my people out there. It was like run down. Like, you know what I mean? Saline? Yeah, you know, just that strip, the highway.
Am I wrong? Michigan Avenue. When I grew up there, I grew up in Saline Township right there. It was Cowtown.
Now it’s deep pocket money town. Since when? Maybe about 10 years ago. No, probably 20 years ago.
But I was still, you know, in the last five years, my friend Ira Todd. Yeah. Homicide guy.
It’s a great city. You got where everybody knows Ira, right? You know, it’s like, oh man, look at that. And then they got fucking old tires in front of that gas station.
Yeah. The liquor store needs painting. That’s what I think of when I think of Saline Township.
Nice homes. Nice homes back there. They got the lawns.
You got to have the tractor. But the thoroughfare was like old school. Like, you know, it’s like Henry Ford just built a road through here.
And you rammed it down their fucking throats. And the reason they capitulated was it was like a scene out of Yellowstone. Y’all watch Yellowstone? Absolutely.
I’m into Yellowstone right now. It’s pretty good. It’s Dallas with sex and murder.
Remember who shot JR? Fuck that. Everybody getting wiped out of Yellowstone every time. Your husband did that.
She said a moratorium on future shits. Your family stands to make 70 million dollars. I mean, what is so distasteful? I mean, isn’t that the underlying thing there? It’s like you put a moratorium on them, but that one’s still there.
That is going to rake in money. Right, exactly. That’s what that’s the point.
She is so disrespectful. She’s a liar, man. She’s not only a liar, but she, I mean, she talks out of both sides of her mouth.
And for her to stand there and portray this image that she’s against and for things. Yeah. Transparency.
Yeah. Just look at the tactics of her office that she’s hiding. Oh, it came back to this.
I mean, if she was truly transparent, she would come clean and say, here are my records to show that my candidate committee paid the late filing fee in violation of the campaign finance act. Okay. She has the record.
Establish. And wants to. Establish.
Prevent. Word association. Disclosure of public information to show.
Word association. Hello. Ready? Yes.
John James, go. What about him? Oh, what about him? Right. Okay, let me rephrase this.
Knock, knock. Who’s there? John James. John James who? Exactly.
Oh my God. I mean, what are we about here? Well, I mean. What’s he got? I mean, you vice versa.
Who is Ms. Benson? Well, I know who she is. Other than a crook. Well, I know.
And a liar. The secretary of state. And a law violator.
Let’s people. Incompetent. Unethical.
That’s Jocelyn Benson. And we want to elect her because we’re Democrats. Absolutely not.
Well, then what are we? Okay. So then who are we? John James? Well, I mean, he’s, I would say possibly he’s better, but I’m not voting. I am not voting.
I am not voting for Jocelyn Benson. Look what she’s doing. She won’t even do it.
Maybe he is better. Maybe he is. You don’t want to say it because you’re going to get a podium from the community.
Because here’s the thing. Go ahead. I wouldn’t vote for Jocelyn Benson.
I still don’t. I really don’t want to vote in this election. I wouldn’t vote for Jocelyn Benson for the simple fact that as a secretary of state, her job is to investigate and enforce and recommend for prosecution, notary fraud.
And she’s like, fuck that. All I’m worried about is election. So you know what happens to people in Detroit? When somebody like Keith Hall, whoever this person is.
No names. Well, he doesn’t exist according to the secretary of state. He has created a phony notary stamp and he’s notarized over 50 documents in Wayne County.
They’ve been registered. And I’ve called down there and told them, Hey, these are bad deeds. I’ve sent certified mail to her office.
And they don’t, she, she focuses on two fucking things, election and Donald Trump. Everything else she’s supposed to do goes to the fucking way. She don’t even focus on elections because she violates Michigan election law.
And doesn’t enforce the rule of law for election. I mean it to be a real compliment. Is this not a quality woman? A quality? Let me do it.
Let me do it. So it’s not Patrick. Is this a quality person? Well, she’s an African American woman.
So all black queens are quality. Listen, Cleopatra wasn’t black. She was an Arab.
But you said this particular and probably a little half Greek. So I, I, I, I applaud and uplift all my black. You have any Greek in you? Don’t fall for that.
You got any Greek in you? Would you like some? Did you hear the joke? You didn’t hear the joke. Did you? You got a little Greek in you? You say no. Well, T, T, you got, you got any Greek in you? No.
Would you like some? Oh, well, you know what? Charlie, I think I’m going to buy, if I can afford it, some ads on your show. If she’s allowed, Benson is allowed and these law violators, these law breakers, this unethical secretary of state is allowed to remain on the ballot. I am going to lead a crusade in my African American communities amongst democratic base to not vote for this ticket.
This ticket is the most white people. A lot of, uh, I don’t even like Brown. I don’t know what that means.
Why? You know what I mean? There’s a lot of white people to agree with you. You don’t, I’m not taking that. I know what that means.
What is important? Mexican and Pakistani got nothing to do with each other. You cannot do that. Yeah.
But that ain’t, that ain’t a thing. What I’m trying to express here is that. What is Mark? Mark pretends like he’s driving the, the moon Rover.
But here’s the thing is that it’s no longer you voting for the lesser of two evils. Yes. Because we’re getting terrible results as a result.
Jocelyn Benson is unqualified. She was unqualified to be secretary of state and she’s equally as qualified to be governor. You know, I did the, uh, look at the deputy do into how, how’d you get the dean of Wayne state? Well, Mr. Ross, right.
And you, your name’s never been on a court case. They hired you as a professor and you hadn’t passed the bar. That does not happen.
Right. And now we got the Southern poverty law center where they cook. See what they’re doing.
Say my African-American queen and king. My knowledge, my king and queen get you over there. I’m over here.
We, we got to talk. It’s like Europe and Africa and the Middle East, you know, you got to talk to the Kings and Queens. Of course.
Right. And then we sit like big fat pigs at a table and eat while the people starve. That’s, that’s what, that’s what we don’t want.
So warriors also talk. Um, I know I was going deep. I was getting deep.
Okay. Okay. Well, I was getting deep.
I want to go, go to wait, but this is my show. So I’m allowed to get deep. Hold on a second.
We have to pause T T flip around. Give me that blue helmet. This, this was the helmet I wore at ground zero.
And when you were at ground zero, you had to have a construction pass, which they gave me. But these were the teamsters. These were the operating engineers.
They let me walk around. They did the smells on it. They let me walk around to write about their lives.
And if you can’t tell me categorically that a sneak attack on secretaries, sandwich delivery guys, and firefighters was not mass murder. If you can’t tell me that categorically that they did not deserve that, then I got no fucking time for you. Number two, give me the next one.
The dugging in the yeah. Those two, you like those. Don’t you go take it.
Take it. Is that dugging in? Take it. You may have them.
I got those, but I know you wanted them and you can take them. Go ahead. Wait, let’s let’s do something.
I’m going to do it. Okay. This is okay.
I’m curious. What is this? The school bus is on fire. What do we do? Fuck them.
You think we got time? Well, I hope that you spend a lot of time and energy over the next two months.
exposing jocelyn benson’s and her husband’s corruption i think we’ve done this let’s just no i’m just well let’s level with even more let’s level with the fucking audience man sure let’s level you call me up you go i got this this and this and i go dude i i got i got other fish to fry but what you’re doing is important and ain’t nobody writing about it nobody’s taking this we are absolutely but but we’re fucking busy and all of a sudden my friend is up on the cheap wheel here what so we got other we got so much business oh i i see and um hopefully the supreme court will make the lift even easier by doing the right thing over the next few days when they address these very important election cases and if the rule of law means anything the rule of law should prevail and these democratic nominees for secretary of state attorney general and even governor should be removed from the ballot and the democratic party will require new candidates we should kick him out we should kick robert out now because he’s pontificating he’s already said it jocelyn benson he’s already said i’d like i don’t i don’t go long i don’t go like an hour and we’re out of there if you keep repeating your fucking talking points i gotta kick you the fuck out because i want people to know who you are i want them to get a sniff no i want them to get a sniff otherwise because look man i got an old lady telling me world war three’s happening we’re here to service her you know not in the way that the city hall services each other you know what i’m saying but that’s i want you to kick back and relax because people are listening wondering do i even trust these fuckers i don’t even know if they trust me they don’t whatever you know what i mean give them a reason well we’re smart and you already made your point you made your point and you’ll be back next week i appreciate what the fuck happened with that supreme court shit absolutely yes i can’t wait to hear this and that’s the other thing we i think you’re the only reporting on this because i didn’t even know this was an issue well one of the things in which i mean i’m very selective in certain report these days anyway uh i mean journalism in this town as a former journalist at detroit news i mean it’s it’s terrible say it again and and it sounds like you’re about to say what i tell people all the time it’s i mean it’s it’s bought paid for watered down and the fact of the matter is i don’t think journalism the two major newspapers in this town don’t even exist anymore and then most of the journalists that are still around they’re looking to land somewhere so they don’t want to offend anybody so they they’re looking for their next spot and i understand that everybody has bills to pay miles to feed and but journalism in this town is dead period shit and the other thing is you don’t interview with everybody i imagine i do not i tell people all the time it’s okay to turn them down what you mean somebody oh yeah if somebody calls you it’s definitely okay to turn them down because i think you got bombarded you’re gonna get bombarded again look on page one look on page one why don’t you read him the case number again i’m gonna have a little bit of this moonshine you know why why it’s my fucking friday and i don’t drive anymore you know why you ain’t catching me motherfucking yeah because that’s probably what they want fuck it you know what i did i mowed my lawn um the other day you know you get older you’re not as vigorous in your lawn mowing shit i bowed it then i was sweeping it off the curb and i’m like i got under my truck well charlie i’m looking for the tracking device oh my god i love the company in uh amongst your great round table um i just got the alert that uh right in the microphone alert oh wait a minute breaking news no no no no okay not breaking news just got the alert that you know uh i gotta get moving with respect to those briefs oh you gotta get out um but i we don’t have page one yeah oh here we go right here right you mean it’s the one on top that’s right no i just put it on top charlie jesus okay and those case numbers wait a minute mark yeah my fucking life i know hey i’m so blessed oh my god i’m so blessed it’s turned out so fucking cool okay go ahead investigative timeline for case complex crimes case number 26ga-0259 and cyber crimes case 26-ccu-203 and we have one more which is initial cyber crimes investigation report number 260729-0224 and robert thank you very much t robert can you give us your case number so people who are interested and there will be many they want to keep track please give us the case number at the uh at least your filing number yes the court of claims number is 26-000 i pause where do people look at court oh you can look at look up the cases on the michigan supreme court website which maintains uh all courts for appellate courts and the court of claims so the court of claims michigan court of appeals and you go to michigan supreme court.gov or whatever you’ll find one court of justice ski just get michigan courts.gov case number and then put in case search um in the case number case number and six zero zero zero nope nope this is not how the website works okay let it right down first of all it’s who versus whom it’s robert davis versus jocelyn benson okay they may have it entitled robert davis versus Secretary of State. Okay, we’ll stop. She’s writing it down.
Because people are interested. Mark, did you notice that? A lot of interest. A lot of interest.
I also think your work is being dismissed by the pot. Okay, sure. Okay, case number what sir? 26 dash 000187.
MB, M, M as in Mary B as in boy duty fucking got that memorized. This is a serious man. He’s a serious man.
Yeah, that’s right. That’s right. This is a very important issue.
Rather people try to dismiss it or not. I mean, you got to look beyond that. Because when you’re committed to a cause and really committed to the rule of law, I mean, people want to try to be dismissive, especially those supporting Jocelyn, the fraudulent candidates of Jocelyn Benson and Garland Gilchrist, who doesn’t even know election law or what Secretary of State does.
And the law violator Eli Savage, who wants to be the prosecutor, you know, he is. He’s the hatchet man for the unions. And the unions don’t like these socialists.
The rich socialists like the Gilchrist who makes money off and slumlord shit, and Benson who makes your money off data centers, and then they pretend like they’re working people. I suspect that this guy represents fucking the half of the UAW. That’s actually a auto.
The other half’s college halls and marble halls. That’s what it is, to say the least, that the union movement has changed. And in the attention, in the focus of the union, you need to get back to its primary focus and foundation.
No jobs, they send the job. I’m I could go on forever. Oh, absolutely.
Tariffs work. And if anybody wants to argue with me, we can do that. Real wages, even with the war and the price of gas doing that are actually growing after inflation and gas war prices.
It’s a fact. We got to bring our jobs fucking back here. Right.
And I know one of my my liberal hippie, not hippie, the tariffs are killing me. Yeah, I was going to engage in that. No, I think we could agree to disagree on that.
How are they killing you? I buy sewing supplies, my clothes. I needed to let me shop like a billionaire. But guess what you can do now? What? Because you make sewing products at a first world wage.
You can charge those now. Don’t forget the price of your goods is one thing. But the price of your labor also matters.
So if everybody wants to undercut our labor, well, then let’s undercut them and reestablish work for ourselves. That’s right. And I get that.
I mean, I get it. But it’s like when I’m seeing it at the grocery store and all the other places I’m seeing it, I’m like, oh, my God, that’s fucking gas. Gas makes everything expensive because you’ve got to drive.
It’s true. You know what your fertilizer in your garden is made of gas, nitrogen. You got it.
You got to use natural gas to get it out. That’s a fact. But we’re dying over here.
I want my shit back. And I just gave you a pretty decent data point. Real wages are actually growing even with the fucking war that I don’t understand.
They are under Biden. And again, I’m a Democrat, but, you know, I mean, that’s why I said, why don’t you come back next week and hit me with some Republican shit, motherfucker. But sure, we we we need we need work back.
We need wages back. And I’m glad we are all because if we’re going to talk about what you associate. No, I’m saying is this if we’re going to have fair wages, then they need to be fair wages.
Yeah. But you see what they did to us. They unfaired us.
They sent it to the third world. So it’s not fair anymore. Right.
And, you know, you can look at it both ways because some of us believe, hey, you got to go to college to get that wage. Nobody should just give you 30 bucks an hour because you’re great. Oh, watch this.
If we all went to college. Then we’d starve on words. Well, here’s one way we don’t all need to go to college, but we need to be trained.
I can’t know. I’m not trained in it. I tell my daughter, may you go to her just to do it and to get a taste of that and learn how to, you know, do your mind like you got your mind, like do your mind.
But I want for everybody trained school. We got to train people to do some stuff. Well, yeah, that too.
Then, you know, go work at the radiator shop. And you know what? Join the army. Do all this shit to be a real fucking person and a real leader.
I’m for these fucking tariffs, man. And I was saying it before fucking the orange guy was saying it because I live here. Well, we can respectfully disagree on that.
Okay. We’re going to have a talk about the tariffs on the show. We’ve done it.
I want you to write this down. Sir. David Ricardo.
Who is that? That’s the guy that wrote the theory of comparative advantage. The one that said free world trade, but he had two important caveats. One capital, which is money is not transferable across international boundaries.
His reasoning was no man would trust another man who’s not as country man with his money. That’s true. The other one was labor rotates within a nation, but it doesn’t jump over international boundaries.
Why his reasoning? Because a man loves his customs, and he loves his family, and he loves his place. That doesn’t apply. What Ricardo wrote in the middle of the Napoleonic blockades, right? He was English and Napoleon was blockading the British because Napoleon didn’t have a Navy.
Fuck that. We’re going to starve them. So Ricardo wrote all this stuff that we’re living under right now, 200 fucking years ago.
And the two main assumptions, men don’t move and they don’t move the money. Well, that’s all that’s going on. So let’s examine exactly what the fuck is going on.
And tariffs seem to me by data points, data points, real wages. Well, let’s, let’s, let’s reserve this debate for another episode. One last thing.
Now, I got, oh, you know, the black lives matter. Nobody’s illegal all up in my white boutique suburb. Now they got, I stay with Canada.
Well, everybody has a first amendment right to voice their opinion. I’m going to put a sign in my yard called stupid. Well, the sign I’m going to put in my yard is hell no to Benson.
That’s right. Get me a bumper sticker. No, what you should do then is do you commit, sir? And we’ll let you go.
Tara Brown, thank you for being here. Thank you for having Robert Davis. Thank you for being here.
Pleasure meeting you as well. Marks and narcoleptic. And I think, you know, that by now give back the check Mark, are you going to put a John James sign in your yard? I don’t know.
Um, I have not given that much thought. My, all my effort is in energy is informing my community on how bad Jocelyn Benson and some of these are Mr. James. I think if you took some time to understand the center of the tree, which is Highland Park, that you might have somebody to show you around.
That’s a strong possibility. Yeah. So I’m going to show you around.
So, um, I’m not going to let them come on the program. They’ve called me. I’m not going to let them.
No, no. I reached out. I reached out to all four.
Okay. All for the big ones. Of course, only two.
And that’s the Republicans said they come on and I go invite them on. I I’m not going to, because I’m only going to ask hard fucking shit. And I learned the last time when Tudor Dixon had the balls to come on and I asked about abortion under no circumstances and they, and, and the Democrats clipped it without paying me.
I don’t take political money by the way. No, you’ll see no ads. I will not take your ads.
I heard that’s fine. I will not. Um, I’m going to save them from themselves.
I’m not having anybody on. I’m having you fuckers out. Yeah.
I’m not feeling confident about the government governors. No, I’m telling you if she’s allowed to stay on the ballot, neither one signs. I’m going to invest my next two paychecks to circulate signs in the city.
Hail no to Benson. Dude, your next two paychecks. Couldn’t buy a 30 pack of straws.
Well, I mean, it could buy a few hundred, a few hundred signs. Signs. I’m sick of saying you sound like Adolf signs.
Don’t wait. No, let me, let me do. I can the great not win a motherfucking election.
You know, it wins knuckles. And after he said that, I repeated that to her. She was like, I think I need to buy some signs.
Don’t wait. Passage. I read out of that Mongo in it at Sheffield’s office.
And the only fucker that ever bitched about this book, Warren Evans, he read it. He called me up. He goes, I read your book.
He was like one of the last guys, but maybe a year or two years after publicity, he goes fair. I said, thank you, sir. It’s all I ever wanted.
When did you write that book? Uh, 2013. You were at the Detroit news then? No, I had quit by then. Oh, okay.
Yeah. And I gave it to my news director at Fox too. And if fucker never read it, I was like, this is coming out.
I thought you should know. And then you, I got it as a birthday gift. Feel this cover though.
Feel it. It’s like, um, it’s feel it. Rub your fingers.
It’s textured. Yeah, I know. Yeah.
I got this one. Oh, but how’s my junk look? It looks pretty good. No, you know, I mean, Charlie, will you go to audible and read your own book? Cause the guy they have do your voice.
I know. You know what? That’s funny. He tries, but you know what? They did the voice book without telling me.
And he called it, what’d he call grassy. He called it gratio. No, did he call him Quame Quame Kilpatrick? He did something.
No, it was, I think it was that he was mispronouncing. The whole first chapter is crap. Shit.
Look here, right here. Look, wait, Robert, I know you got to go. Go ahead, brother.
I appreciate it. Look here. Good luck.
Watch here. Just let me, let me do this right here. Cause I have it on audio.
And a motherfucker didn’t get it. They might’ve corrected it though. You know what I’m, you know what we should do? Mark, can we do this? I’m freaking him out.
He’s like, we’re going way over, but I’m enjoying myself. What do you have against me? Do you know what I’m going to do? I’m going to, he’s going to bail you for overtime. I’m going to do a marathon show.
I’m not going off the air. I’m going to read this in its entirety one day. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. I’m gonna start now.
Good luck. Not today. I reached down the pan cuff with the eraser into my pencil and poked it frozen solid, but definitely human.
God damn. They didn’t try to get me on this. Do you know the newspapers attacked me for that? Why? Uh, because it was a huge story.
Okay. How you eat your piece of it. Yeah.
Since then, that was 2009. But you were one of the first on the scene. No, they made me cry.
Actually. They made me cry. I called my mama.
My mama said, uh, I don’t care what they say. At least my, my two boys got that man out of the ice. That’s right.
That’s what’s important. I know. That’s why I love my mama.
You know, she’s like, uh, she’s my bro. That was terrible. You know, I didn’t remember that story.
Cause I was kind of like batting and bopping and having a good time. But when I read that, I’m like, Oh shit, you ever sold drugs? No. Didn’t you? Wasn’t bapping and bopping.
Was it Charlie? Do you know how many people watch your show? Do you know how many fucking college students had to drop out because of legalized weed? Why? Because they can’t sell it. Because college kids used to sell a diet bag, quarter, maybe an OZ. You know what I mean? They still do.
Yeah, but it’s no taxes. I know, but it’s ruined it. Do you hear about them dudes doing selling cocaine at Penn state? Tell us about it, Mark.
Yeah, tell us about it, Mark. Uh, it’s pretty organized, a ring of a fraternity selling cocaine and using pledges to package it and carry it out. And then of course, most transitions, transactions took place over Venmo.
So they were all tracked back. Pretty simple. What pissed the pledge off who told cause that’s where it came from.
Uh, he sold to an undercover cop, but one of the main guys in flipped immediately on the head guy. Yeah. I know the name of that fraternity.
What’s the name of the fraternity? No idea. I got it. What is it? Theta Delta high.
I believe you. That’s crazy. Charles.
So tell me the name of that. Theta Delta high. Did you go to college? I’m going now too.
Oh, you are. Did you finish college? Almost. I have an associate.
You got, you got associates. You going for the bachelors? Where are you going for? Law. Wait, there’s no bachelor in law, man.
Is there? There absolutely is. Law something. Law what? Not, not jurisprudence.
Regular law. Okay. So what with that degree, what I’d be able to do is I could be a paralegal, a regulation specialist, stuff like that.
Why did you go to fucking law school? I plan to Charlie. Let me finish. You’re getting old.
I know it’s not going to happen. Just go to law school. Fucking.
You know what? If I’d have known then what I know now, I’d have skipped it and went straight there after the associate degree. I had the associate degree kicked back for a minute. I should have just applied to law school, but I was like, ah, no, you can’t play the law school till you get a bachelors.
You can in Michigan. Can you, Mike? I have no idea. If you have a school that will accept you, you can apply and you can get accepted and go on.
Did you know that if both coaches agree in football, you can cut the game down. If you both agree to a fourth quarter of five minutes. Really? Yeah.
Yeah. Wow. Anyway, the more you learn, I know he teaches us a lot.
So Charlie, who goes on the stick now? Huh? So what’s on the back here? Tape. Okay. What is a paint stick? Who goes on the paint sticks now? No, we need new paint sticks.
I think people are gone. No. Yeah.
No, they’re not done. We’re not done with them. Okay.
Whitmer and Duggan, we’re not done with you. You don’t know. All right, Mike, cut it.
Just like that. Charlie autographed my sticks. Which ones? Charlie, look up.
You mean these ones? Yeah. No, you are so fucking dumb.
